South Bay Artist Collective General Membership

The South Bay Artist Collective is a community of artists who believe creative work becomes more powerful when it is shared.

Operated by Not Shockboxx Art Gallery, SBAC brings together artists from across the South Bay to build genuine relationships, exchange ideas, support one another’s work, and create more opportunities for local art to be seen and experienced.

Through exhibitions, gatherings, collaborative projects, artist resources, and community events, the Collective gives artists a place to connect without asking them to compete for attention or conform to a particular style, medium, or definition of success.

SBAC is for artists who want to:

• Connect with other artists and creative people
• Participate in exhibitions and collaborative projects
• Become more involved in the local arts community
• Discover resources and opportunities
• Support other artists while developing their own creative practice
• Help build the kind of arts culture they want to be part of

Whether you are an established artist, returning to your practice, or just beginning to share your work, there is a place for you here.
